Hawk USA Natural Maple 5pc Studio Kit

This is 5 pc Hawk USA Hawk Shell Pack. This kit uses USA Keller 6 ply shells. These have a very nice grain to them and we do gave light satin finish to bring out the grain in the Maple. This kit features our latest version of the made in USA Hawk Talon 3 trigger system. It’s a multi sensor system that avoids center hot-spotting, but gives a great playing experience on both head and rim of each drum.

The kick drum use our "Featherick" system which we developed in the spring of 2024. It features hand installed and tested custom foam behind where the beater hits on the mesh head to give you a nice non-bouncy feel while still being quiet. It's one of the best feeling electronic kick drums we sell and also one the quietest. 

Our trigger systems feature high-quality piezos and cones, which are sourced in North America and hand installed to each drum to exact specs. They are then tested thoroughly before and after installation. We offering a five year warranty on the electronics.

Our drums work with most drum modules and we have the ability to test with pretty much any module on the market. In fact, we can’t even think of a system that they won’t work on. Even older Roland modules. They work best with Alesis, ATV, EFNOTE, Roland, Pearl Mimic, and Yamaha DTX. If you need a module and cymbals, we sell those. Let us know if you need a package deal! 

The kit also features our 2 ply Hawk mesh heads, which are very well regarded. We can also do Hawk 3 ply for a $50 upcharge. Our mesh heads are less bouncy than other mesh heads and they’re actually quieter at the same time. 

Sizes are: 20x16 kick, 14x6.5 snare, 10x8 and 12x10 mounted toms, 14x14 floor tom. All hardware is chrome and features high quality tube lugs. Kick drum legs and mounts are all heavy duty and sturdy.
