It features hand installed and tested custom foam behind where the beater hits on the mesh head to give you a nice non-bouncy feel while still being quiet. It's one of the best feeling electronic kick drums we sell and also one the quietest. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur trigger systems feature high-quality piezos and cones, which are sourced in North America and hand installed to each drum to exact specs. They are then tested thoroughly before and after installation. In fact, we can’t even think of a system that they won’t work on. Even older Roland modules. They work best with Alesis, ATV, EFNOTE, Roland, Pearl Mimic, and Yamaha DTX.
